This talk will focus on empowering women in their menopause journey through holistic nutrition and lifestyle. Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP) Tricia Cammaart will discuss the transformative phase of perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, and provide valuable insights and practical strategies to optimize health and well-being during this unique stage of life. We will explore the hormonal changes during menopause and discover how a holistic approach can support hormonal balance, manage common symptoms and promote overall vitality.
Enjoy a wreath-making demonstration and decorate your own wreath for autumn and Halloween fun!
This workshop will focus on a simple Halloween themed wreath that children can complete with their parents or on their own. Children will learn the basics of wreath-making and add fun items to customize the wreath for Fall or Halloween. A demonstration of wreath making will be given, but children can expect 1:1 help if they are experiencing difficulty. This workshop will have a focus on fun and creativity in a welcoming space!

Learn how to make a mini dried flower wreath with fun fall features!
This workshop is an intermediate introduction to wreath-making. An explanation will be given about the types of tools, bases and twine needed for wreath-making. An introduction to the type of flowers and products used in wreath-making will be given, along with an explanation of the process involved in drying and choosing flowers. The wreath involved will be a mini dried flower wreath that participants can customize with ribbon and fall picks.
