"Pump it UP!" March Break Programs

This March Break join us for action packed learning as we get our hearts pumping and find out why our bodies in motion are so amazing! Museum docents will teach you about your respiratory and circulatory systems, while local fitness experts lead you in fun activities. Discover how movement and healthy eating can make you stronger and healthier. Make your own healthy and tasty snack using Canada’s food guide and learn about how your digestive systems works.  The Museum is thrilled to be able to offer this program for free thanks to the generous support of the Weston Foundation – Healthy Active Kids.  Suitable for ages 6 – 12 (parents welcome).
