Princess of Wales’ Own Regiment - Special March Commemorating Departure 21st Battalion and Queen’s Stationary Hospital to Vimy Ridge in 1915

The Regiment and representatives of the Stationary Hospital will form up in front of City Hall for an address from the Town Crier and the Mayor before moving off to the former inner (Hanley) station (now Frankie Pestos) from which the nurses departed for addresses from Honorary Colonel, Dr. John Scott Cowan on behalf of the PWOR; Dr. Jenny Medves on behalf of the Faculty of Health Sciences; and, Mr. Ted Hsu, Member of Parliament.
