Children ages 6–12 use our exhibitions as inspiration as they learn artmaking techniques under the theme Expressing Yourself through Portraiture. Inspired by the exhibition, Tracing Self and Other, young artists will explore the different ways artists express themselves while engaging in a variety of portrait projects. INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHY Natasha Jabre is a representational painter whose work highlights the strangeness of everyday situations using symbolism and surreal lighting. She received her BFA from Concordia University in Montreal and her MFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, MA. Her artwork has recently been exhibited in Canada and the United States, as well as internationally in Berlin, Italy, Lebanon and Spain.
