Board members are key to the success of Ontario’s museums, and this workshop is an opportunity for board and staff members to learn together in a session developed specifically for the museum sector, including:fundamentals of great organizational leadershipstrategies to improve your governance and overcome common governance concernsQ&A session to answer your questionsThis session will also support continued compliance with the Community Museum Operating Grant (CMOG) governance standard, and is open to all KAM members and other museums in the area.Presented by Carrie Brooks-Joiner, this session is designed for staff and board members with a familiarity with the basic principles of good governance.
