Each June 15, Kingston celebrates its unique role in history as the 'First Capital' of United Canada with interactive fun for school kids and the general public alike. As in past summers, the Museum of Health Care will be onsite in Confederation Park at the First Capital Day festivities organized by the City of Kingston. Our interactive booth will feature a hands-on display of medical artefacts and a skill-testing Kingston medical history quiz. Pop by for a chance to test out your reflexes using a reflex hammer, listen to your heart beating using a stethoscope, handle some real human bones, and learn some amazing facts about the history of health care in Kingston!
