The Museum of Health Care is proud to announce the opening of a new bilingual onsite exhibit titled A stubborn illness: the health of the Macdonald family. To celebrate we are hosting a free day of family-friendly activities and tours on Canada Day, July 1, 2015 from 11am until 4pm. Visitors will be able to discover how Sir John A. Macdonald influenced the development of health care in Kingston and learn interesting details about the diseases that affected his family. Children will take part in hands-on activities and crafts. Refreshments will be provided.
