Cultural Tourism Training

Volunteers are often the primary point of contact for the visiting public at the museums, galleries and other cultural heritage sites to which they donate their time and enthusiasm.  High quality customer service ensure positive experiences for visitors, who in turn share their experiences with others, and return themselves future visits.  KAM has developed a short series of four interactive training modules to provide cultural service training and skills development for frontline workers.
