Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will work as part of a close and enthusiastic team to provide office administrative assistance including typing, telephone support, filing, finance, event planning, website management and general office set-up and organization. The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Managing Director and KAM’s Coordinator with efficient office administration, as necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • assist office team as required with administrative skills
  • coordinate and schedule events
  • assist in keeping KAM members and volunteers informed via newsletters or other communications
  • maintain accurate records and provide timely statistical and activity reports

Skills and Experience

  • strong interpersonal skills
  • great attention to detail
  • excellent organization and planning skills
  • good computer skills to create forms and send documents, email, etc.

Time Commitment

Flexible hours and opportunities to work both/either KAM Offices and/or from home.
